Holistic Solutions Think Tank Press Release
Issued by Yasha Melanie Husain, Director
August 3, 2013
America in Light of United Nations Reform: A Guiding PolicyThe Holistic Solutions Think Tank formally proposes a nine-region, and seat, Security Council, that would be a permanent fixture, and a balance, to the roundedness, and strategic influence, of the UN Assembly. The Security Council would remain representative of the rights and privileges contained within the legalese of the UN Charter. Importantly, the nine-region Security Council would exercise by way of consensus, however, with a majority vote, which would be in place of the longstanding veto power of the five superpowers of the World War II era.
The regions of the Council would maintain a natural balance of world connectedness, while being a reflection of the transformative powers of our world, as one world, and with its unfolding regions.
The engine to be utilized, to help spur transformation around the world simultaneously, in response to the global warming threat, and in the face of continued war, poverty and strife, is the Reconstruction Department, the heart of the Holistic Solutions Think Tank, as it's described, and yet it, an engine for change and sustainability, being flexible and elastic, able to be chosen to be adopted, the department combined with the think tank conceptualization, and thusly adapted, to a particular country's, and region's, needs, wants and desires.
The Reconstruction Department could potentially be adopted by all nations, or, conversely, their regions sitting at the Security Council, with agreement it be adapted by each nation to each nation's requirements, before a national panel begins to be put together for the enactment of “closed, holistic systems.”
It would hopefully also trigger the reinstatement of, and instate, for the first time, the UN Charter's military panel of military leaders from around the world, now being representative of the nine-region Security Council (refer to the article, “American Reconstruction Department,” at www.closedholisticsystems.com), thusly also a shift from the polarity of NATO since the end of the Cold War, the West, in the early 1990s, having promised to not reach eastward via NATO alliances, but become, it was implied, reflective of a one world approach.
The Department is built upon the universals of natural law, constitutional law and international law, each a reflection of the one, law, relatable to all of the sciences, or the holistic sciences, drawable now by way of the Pivot System, and functions thereafter to carve a path toward what the iconic American poet, Walt Whitman, referred to as a “Religious Democracy." Albeit, for the purposes of the think tank, “Religious Democracy” might better now be referred to as an exact reflection of the whole, the “holistic, sustainable democracy,” as closed, holistic systems are the realization of the holistic sciences.
All sciences, and the humanities, are completely scientific, and holistic, including both their soft and hard knowledge, or power, and spawn the self-sustainable village, town or city, and nation, and remarkably, world.
In Whitman's essay, Democratic Vistas, America, the nation, is wed by a minimalist, central, and democratic, government, and comprises itself of a plurality of self-sustainable communities.
The "holistic, sustainable democracy" acts this way, as per Whitman's essay, and is predicated upon both earlier, and henceforth, holistic, or timeless, socioeconomic conceptualizations, and it is reliant on both self-realization and “manmade forms,” also not terms, or terminology, but a way that is universal, and, at once, predicated upon, a form of purely democratic governance, and individual sovereignty.
The Reconstruction Department currently has approximately thirty wings within it, and is to be formed by way of a diverse and representative panel of experts, that functions very much like a team, and with the nation's people and Congress, to do 'systems mapping' for a nation's reforms, developments and redevelopment projects, based on the manifestation of guiding principles that will help the people, of localities and states, choose their implementation and maintenance strategies for closed, holistic systems.
Tools to be used to enhance the work of the department and panel, as it addresses change, include the Pivot System, which can be utilized to imagine development and implementation goals. The Pivot System, an abstract mapping tool, is a product of the Holistic Solutions Think Tank.

The Pivot System: "Holistic Politics"
(Note from this pivot model, or system (unfortunately, not drawn here, but written), that a pivot diagram, the model of The Pivot System (an abstract / associative conceptualization), may be multidimensional, encompassing multiple, and or sequential, evolutions, within a 'big picture' model. The pivot models or systems, or diagrams, are explanatory: the diagram, and its extrapolations, of evolutions / orbits / and their pivots, too, including their individually realized, single evolutions, that can be drawn using pointillism, encompassing invisible circles.)
The "Holistic Politics Pivot System”: This is multidimensional, covering history, from the time of history taking. That is, what have been many evolutions and orbits, albeit, in historic time, with orbits not always fulfilling the complete Enneagram evolution. This gives way, incidentally, to fragmented sciences, and therefore understanding, and, unfortunately, blocking thorough and complete sustainable progress.
Futuristic and Timeless "Holistic Politics Pivot System”:
Center Pivot: politics
Points around the center: To the northeast of center, understanding Enneagram, becoming one's personal best, self-realization, up to “International Sovereignty,” adoption of holistic sciences; to the north of center, Holistic Politics and the “Holistic, sustainable democracy”; moving west and south of center, each individual's story evolving again, the individual, people, nations and international sovereignty, who experience their “whole story” as a rich fabric, together and alone; northeast movement, again, to the point due south of center point, collective action, requiring an absorption of the totality of the southward movement, which has since become a weight of harmless self-centeredness requiring its natural balance; and north again to center point, the Center Pivot, politics.
Movement recap: The pivoting starts at Enneagram, and the understanding of holistic sciences, to the right, and slightly north, of center; from there, there is a pivot to the northern point of the diagram, Holistic Politics, where we experience and understand holistic politics; next, movement is to the left and downward, or west and southward, of the individual, who lives his or her whole story; moving then, in this composite of historic evolutions, to the collective, at center, as foundation, just below center point, politics, and before moving again to Enneagram, and around for another evolution. When a point or evolution is not fully realized, it effects the whole.
Lesson: We need to experience each evolution wholly, the individual, in our instance, needs to live his or her, his or her country's, or the international sovereignty's, whole story.
The “Holistic Politics Pivot System” may be used to describe and extrapolate on evolutions from the start of the adoption of the HSTT Reconstruction Department to the point of “Holistic, sustainable democracy,” based on Walt Whitman's “Religious Democracy,” too – and now the self-sustaining/ sustainable, democratic village – a one world concept. It is again a big picture model, necessarily so, as it is representative of the politician, Type 9. There has to be holistic evolution, each point or type realized.
However, uses of the Pivot System are so manifold, and are already used for development purposes in various field areas.
“Creating Global, Economic World Peace,” a recent oped submission from the think tank's Director:
Creating Global, Economic World Peace
By Yasha Melanie Husain, Director, Holistic Solutions Think Tank (www.closedholisticsystems.com)
August 9, 2013
Stabilizing world and nation's economies will mean answering a call to return our economies back to a state of natural progression and forward-motion, predating the financial crises of the last five to six year period, and as a measuring step to enhance and secure future development and redevelopment requirements, in both developing and developed nations.
The World Bank, a more transparent and prolific agency than in the waning days of the Cold War, and from the early days of 1990s globalization, should forthrightly apply itself as the world's aid in terms of economic reorganization, after a period of crises and imbalance. It can become referred to as 21st century change and stimulus, stimulated by well-earned guarantees, not loans. That is, due reimbursements, a stepping stone to economic assistance that will be one nation to another, developed nations to developing, in general, in the face of the global warming dilemma, firstly bringing our global house back in order (see “America in Light of United Nations Reform: A Guiding Policy,” an August 2013 Holistic Solutions Think Tank Press Release).
There was arguably, and evidently, economic malfeasance in the years leading to the financial crises, and the malfeasance, whether the result of groups, or individuals, needs to be both upbraided and brought to its final end, if not completely ended already, given its trouble-making potential, through new regulations and standards, and simultaneously, true economic heroes and powerhouses need to be highlighted by the World Bank and brought to bear on the restructuring of world economies toward a balance of public and private, national and amidst a global order, change and redevelopment.
Keynes was attacked, with his long-term forecasts, in nations like Spain and Portugal, and Greece, even while each European economy, from Denmark, to Germany, to England, to the southern nations, were individually, and responsibly, creating economic ties and a balance, which superceded unanimity, and delegated individual sovereignty.
Those who were blossoming under a long-term outlook, were also undercut by the insipid crises, in short.
Inflation occurred, as inflation ought best be better defined, an increase in demand for goods and followed by an increase in prices, however, which does not dictate there be a suppression of economic devices and purchasing power, but its empowerment, and holistically, as demand that is sustainable spurs productivity and jobs, that pays for a more well-rounded economy (imagine a renewable energy economy attached to related goodwill, and practical purchasing power, with our inherent ingenuity and resultant goods to be produced and sold), festooned to a robustness that is self-sustaining while creative and in-motion, 'growth,' not damaged by sore thinking or production, or a lack of imagination to manage change and forward-progress justly.
By highlighting heroes of an economic balance from around the world, both wealthy bankers and socialist politicians, in two examples, answers, I'm sure, will increasingly arise as to how the World Bank can balance not only world gold reserve holdings, but purchasing power, so, for example, a decent standard of living is the norm, and countries are positioned, after the 2007-2012 crises, to enter a reconstruction era, one that manages change brilliantly, and simultaneously answers the global warming complexity.
The work of Nestor Kirchner (http://rt.com/op-edge/money-mass-slavery-debt-223/) and the Argentinian economy, from the beginning of the century, might best be better understood as a process of the World Bank's answer to the demands of the global economy today, which ought to be better served by a mixture of public and private assets, local, national, and a part of a finely-tuned global economic world peace.
