Economy details -notes- by Yasha M. Husain
(Economic ideas for building to Whitman's "Religious Democracy," for 21st century and beyond, or, that is, the universally known, self-sustainable democratic village, for details see first HSTT Press Release. The ideas contain Keynes, who's ideas are built-in via the Federal Reserve Bank, and Treasury, for attainment of what he described as a future utopia, or balanced economy:)
The national and international economy are built on a regional and local economy, with minimal national and international trade, that of necessarily traded and widely-distributed products. Building this relies on "holistic business development" described by HSTT, but specifically as per the Department's guiding principles, between individual proprietors and businesses, or with the individual proprietor or the business, both an organic part of the community and meeting its needs. Business might stimulate local and regional economies to become self-sufficient by drafting and maintaining contracts in perpetuity or over a decade or two, by which time ownership is transferred to individuals in community. For inspiration, see the show which is posted online: 'Worldfocus' in Denmark: A People's Green Energy Model.
International sellers and traders receive licenses to sell to community-owned and operated business, which are regional and local, the bases for the economy.
The bank becomes a community development bank and operates with fees from community members, businesses and individuals, who will have larger and smaller incomes based on their jobs, whether in government or business. But for start-ups, or those getting their feet wet with a new business idea, at any age, it distributes loans based on need, too. Banks loan money and expect in return a small and long-term portion of interests due, minus fees, but only to support the superfluous costs of running the bank, which is now part of the public sector, paid for by government dollars, with the task of handling community dollars liberally, which are merely superfluous to operating expenses. Business loans and bank responsibility evolves to maintaining “return” of companies and individual proprietor's goods and services to the community, at exchange, also a way to pay back community loans. Companies, as usual, manage their profits in tandem with independent banking needs, as do individuals do their banking normally, the banks overseeing a balanced economy, via distribution of goods insofar as development is concerned, and as a support of development, as per client contracts (bank loans) steeped in personal business choices, and the general flexible, elastic socioeconomic structure.
International and national licensure to sell as part of communities sets precedent also set by HSTT holistic, business development, “purpose-driven companies.”
There is a redistribution of production profits of manufacturing centers of electronics to nations' economies, so that nationally distributed goods benefit economies locally and regionally, maintaining simultaneously an international balance. “Redistribution” is dependent on nation of origin of production, i.e. 'physical facility' and 'distribution or trade arrangement', also to minimize transport expenditures.
There exists a fee structure to those “parent companies,” which have mission statements describing that they are remaining national and international companies, that now do local production. (e.g. a franchise that purchases local food products and remains both a friend and utility to the community). (Franchises produce from local economy, with commitment to and from parent company, if matches purpose-driven mission.)
Clothes and furnitures, and homes, can also be built locally.
Publications can be distributed digitally, and printed and published locally and regionally.
Government and Community Dollars
Local and regional economies and national economy have government and community dollars. The dollars are the same, but distributed either by way of community business and development or government institutions.
They are tied to a national grid, our energy infrastructure, with minimal exposure nationally, in one example, by which more energy and expense is expended locally and regionally, as a universal, since the grid might mostly power electric cars and provide emergency local energy.
(See old article: Energy from the Sun, by Yasha Husain, February 3, 2013
Truth be told, all energy is solar. Following is a blueprint of how to do solar energy in America creating a robust, localized system that still stretches from coast to coast.
Begin with a national grid that is minimalist and a flexible structure that can take and leave local energy sources, that contribute to one stable energy pool with capacity for constant and directional power, locally.
Local energy sources should include the following:
Solar farms: For example, small, medium and large-sized concave, aluminum, reflecting farms attached to a central power source of PV and salt (that stores energy - an idea carried out commercially, initially, by the Spanish). Single installations of many curved reflecting mirrors organized squarely on what look like large-sized satellite dishes that can be mounted on top of buildings or on earth (an idea spawned in Israel). Minimal PV for enhancement of centralized power. Possible ceramic reflectors situated along an earthen floor, an out-of-the-box idea, attached to a central power source.
For all natural air conditioning: Use Sardargh-like contraptions (which create shade or collect sun via walls made of rock or stabilized soil) that on their shaded side house ice that's dug deep into the earthen floor, over which may be placed a “powerless” refrigerator and freezer unit, and, on the opposite side of the wall, solar heat is collected, with potential from both sides for all-natural cooling and heating that's transported via combined underground spaces which direct and contain energy, thereby cooling, and heating, floors and rooms of buildings. (For more information read: Racing Alone, by visionary earth and space architect, Nader Khalili)
Also, to cool buildings holistically: build berm or thick walls, the material rock or earth depending on climate and topography, that naturally hold heat and release it from day to night; use ceramic floors; place vents in ceilings that allow natural breezes to filter through; and use curtains to cover passive light windows and fans.
Wind turbines: Independent operators, individuals and small communities, and regions, have their own turbines which are designed to reach maximum capacity of power output, while offshore wind farms also supply local and regional energy. We can afford to benefit from offshore wind since it's cost-efficient and environmentally sustainable to rebuild the large farms if and when a hurricane does come along, over intervals of time.
Geothermal: Able to be utilized by individual residences and commercial complexes, geothermal should be used as much as possible since it's a practical solar energy source and doesn't require heavy reliance on extracted natural resources. It requires, universally, only digging to a specified depth in the ground and tailored power conversion.
Safe and effective hydrogen energy sources: As modeled by modern science, these can be used for homes and building complexes and can be fired by solar or wind energy devices.
Coast to coast, recharging of vehicles can be accomplished via connections to charging stations attached to the national grid. Housing units and commercial buildings can contain vehicle charging units, too, allowing leftover energy to be transferred between vehicle and building.
Passive lighting and green and earthen buildings: Homes and buildings can increasingly be self-sustaining energy bodies using the many sources of local solar energy mentioned above and energy-efficient designs reliant on all natural materials which demand only minimum manufacture or processing.
Small-sized dams that are environmentally responsible, on individual properties or located in rural and urban communities, could possibly also be built into pre-existing inclines, with a roundabout for fishes and amphibians, and other water-borne organisms, possibly providing additional energy, particularly to farms.
Public transport would use only clean energy and be accessible from all stops of popular commutes and there would be biking and walking paths plenty situated in neighborhoods and larger communities, making not only driving or public transport the transportation means of choice.
*Cities would require innovative uses of the above solar energy solutions and designs to suit skyscraper energy needs and the power needs of densely-filled urban areas.

The Federal Reserve Bank distributes stimulus or development grants per nation or location or region in times of community dollars needs. The Treasury maintains the government budget of the nation.
Government pays for free museums; science labs for public use; libraries; zoos or animal appreciation services; education up to PhD level, while making education affordable, at the same time. Government still supports private education institutions, just like government now additionally supports banks in communities, the banks becoming part of communities as described above, only with backing of major economic advisers. Courts, water departments, and wastewater and landfill, still operated by community government, these are all public sector and rights-based, including the responsible management and recycling of waste, see Buckminster Fuller for comprehensive recycling plan (aluminum recycled instead continually mined and wasted, for example), which is to be combined with zero energy economy too: for ideas, see solar energy article above.
Business can manage roads and infrastructure needs.
Individuals no longer pay taxes, there are no taxes. Only a redistribution of disproportionate profits that actually are ascribed to distributors and consumers who use such goods or services nationwide, or regionally.
People still pursue passionate and compassionate business interests, and teach and carry out government jobs with the same passion and commitment, but the communities become like Walt Whitman's “Religious Democracy,” as a big picture idea, with tons of meaning, with minimalist central government, but continually, in perpetuity, beholden to the Declaration of the nation, however, attached to a 21st century infrastructure and globalized world.
Highlights of international economics (and by extension national) ideas from HSTT:
1. Licensure
2. Representation (built around consumer base, beginning with HSTT bus devt notion)
3. Development ultimately achieves just, global balance, one nation to another, using engine of HSTT Reconstruction Dept: e.g. government collects and distributes funds to help nations develop equal, but chosen, and or different, and environmentally responsible, infrastructures/economies (collection from (business) community and treasury)
FYI – In one example, airlines pay fee to airports used in other nations, based on their physical presence, and distribute percentage of profits derived from/at/via facility origin.
